• Are your Loose Covers pet proof?

  Although our sofa and chair covers are extremely hard-wearing, we cannot guarantee that they will be resistant to plucking from your cat or dog.

• What are the delivery times on made-to-measure curtains?

  Delivery of your made to measure curtains is normally within 4-6 weeks.

• Will Fineline Upholstery fit my curtains for me?

  Yes - we will call to arrange a convenient time to come and fit.

• Can I purchase fabric by the meter from you?

  Yes. we can offer fabric by the metre when you place an order for covers curtains or re-upholstery In the fabric section of our website, you will find a full list of the fabric houses we are able to supply you from.

• What if my track/pole is in poor condition, or I do not have one in place?

  We can source and fit curtain poles and tracks for you, as well as make your curtains to your specifications.

• Can you re-upholster my furniture?

  Yes. Our expert craftsmen will inspect and repair your furniture before re-upholstering it to it's former glory.

• What styles of furniture do you cover?

  Virtually any style of furniture can be covered, from suites and chairs, to 2 or 3 seater settees. We make covers for almost all styles of furniture on the market including many styles from Parker Knoll, Multi York, M+S, Sofa Workshop, G Plan, DFS, Christie Tyler + 1,000's of others. When you place your order for we will carefully photograph and measure every detail of your furniture. We then produce a cover to fit your furniture beautifully. No two covers are the same. We will return to fit your covers so you can order in complete confidence.

• Are Loose Covers washable?

  Most of our covers are machine washable. Exceptions to this will be clearly identified by us.

• Are Loose Covers hard wearing?

  All furniture covers are hard wearing. Decra fabrics are guaranteed not to shrink, fade or lose their colour when washed in a machine. Many cotton fabrics can be machine washed and a number of designs are dry clean only. Always refer to the wash care label.

• Can you tumble dry Loose Covers?

  You should NOT tumble dry your covers.

• Do you repair broken and wobbly furniture?

  Yes, expertly and as invisibly as humanly possible.

• Where do you deliver?

  We offer services/deliveries in London and across a 60-mile radius including Hertfordshire and the South Coast.
